Pickpocket Lipsync Playblast.
Still not very happy with it, but I feel that the rig is limiting what I can do in terms of adding to the animation. Let me know what you guys think.

Yeah dude, I think you were battling with the rig on this one, I don't think it was made for lip syncing. I'd try a different one!
